DESCRIPTION:

HARD-N-SEAL, is the latest development from the laboratory of ADCRETE Industries, it is a transparent crystal formulated silicate liquid solution, developed for maximum HARDENING-SEALING and DUSTPROOFING of concrete floor etc.

BENEFITS:

HARD-N-SEAL, when applied to new or old concrete penetrates deep into the concrete surface, depositing a hard compound into the pores, thereby binding the cementious and aggregate components of the concrete.

* Water Tanks.
* Roof Slabs.
* Floors to Sugar Mills, Dairies, Piggeries.
* Heavy traffic areas.

One part no mixing. ease of application. Reduces clean-up time. No discolouration. Dries fast, Odorless. Non-Flammable. Non-corrosive. Compatible with paint and adhesives.

RESISTANT TO:

Mineral and Organic Acids. Oil, Grease and Water.

SURFACE PREPARATION:

Surface to which HARD-N-SEAL is to be applied must be free of dirt, oil, grease and surface contamination. Surface shall be free of water puddles, and condensation.

APPLICATION:

HARD-N-SEAL may be applied by spray, broom or roller. Apply in a uniform and even coating. Shake well before use.

COVERAGE:

Coverage depends on the porosity of the concrete as a guide on new concrete an application rate of 4m2 per litre is recommended. Two of three applications are recommended with 24 hours between coats.

PACKAGING:

HARD-N-SEAL is supplied in 20 litre and 205 litre containers.

CAUTION:

Clean off with water areas accidentally sprayed, do not allow material to come into contact with glass or aluminum. Avoid contact with skin and eye. If splashed in eyes, flush with water immediately until irritation subsides.

NOTE:

To remove excess efflorescence which may appear from impurities in the cement, wash with water and scrub with stiff broom. Not recommended on surfaces which are continually damp. Not recommended on coloured surface as it may cause blotchiness.
